actions.life uses Google Sign-In and the Google Calendar API (read-only). This policy explains how we access, use, store, and share Google user data.
When you connect a Google account, we access:
We use this data only to sign you in and to display your Google Calendar events alongside your tasks on the main calendar. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing the calendar integration.
We do not sell Google user data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Calendar events are fetched when you view the calendar and are not kept as a separate copy.
OAuth tokens and your calendar preferences (which calendars to show) are stored in Firebase (Google Cloud), protected by Firebase Authentication and Firestore security rules. Calendar events are loaded on demand and held in memory while you use the app; we do not persistently store a copy of your calendar events.
OAuth tokens and calendar preferences are kept while your account is active. You can export your own task data from app settings. To delete all of your data, including Google connection details, email elton@explanations.io.
